Q: How can I make payment?

Ans:The vast majority of our customers leave a check in a conspicuous place in the home on their day of cleaning. Our cleaning team will pick up the check after cleaning your home. If you prefer to send checks through online banking, that is another option. Checks should be made out to Casa Bonita Housecleaning.

 

Q: How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?

Ans: It all boils down to the amount of time it takes to clean. Our crews begin promptly and work hard until the job is done. For an estimate, please see our house cleaning estimate.

 

Q: What area do you service?

Ans: We service the Columbia, Missouri City limits and immediate vicinity.

 

Q: How will you enter our home?

Ans:Most clients leave us a garage code or spare key (kept in a safe). If you prefer to be at home on your scheduled cleaning day, or choose to leave the door open, that is fine. However, if we arrive at your home on your scheduled day and are unable to enter your home to clean, we will charge a $35 fee to cover our transportation and labor costs.

 

Q: What cleaning frequencies do you offer?

Ans: We offer cleanings on a one-time basis or regularly every week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks.

 

Q: What types of cleaning products do you use?

Ans: We try our best to offer the healthiest cleaning service available, and use green cleaning products whenever feasible. See this page for a complete list of products we use.

 

Q: What happens on holidays?

Ans: We continue to clean on most holidays, with the exception of New Years, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your regular cleaning date falls on one of these days, we will email a reschedule time, or you can opt to skip to the next regular cleaning.

 

Q: What if I need to skip a cleaning?

Ans: If you need to cancel a cleaning for whatever reason, please give us as much notice as possible, at least 24 hrs. Regular customers can skip an occasional cleaning without problem, just be sure to let us know in advanced.

 

Q: What if I forget to cancel a cleaning and you guys show up?

Ans: If we arrive at your home on your scheduled day and are unable to enter your home to clean, we will charge a $35 fee to cover our transportation and labor costs.

 

Q: What do you clean as part of your standard house cleaning service?

Ans: See our standard cleaning services here. We usually emphasize what we don’t clean as part of our standard service: We do not clean the inside of your stove or fridge as part of our standard cleaning, each is an additional cost. Windows and blinds are also not included as standard, though we do provide a window cleaning service separately and can close and dust blinds if requested (as opposed to meticulously cleaning each slat).

 

Q: What other services do you provide?

Ans: Power washing, house cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, deck cleaning,gutter cleaning.

 

Q: Do I need to be there while you clean?

Ans: No, we are accustomed to cleaning during our client’s busy week. It is often more convenient to have a vacant home, as nobody has to work around anyone else. That said, many of our clients stay at home during the cleaning, and that is perfectly fine.

 

Q: Can I move my cleaning to another day?

Ans: Generally speaking, we try to schedule certain areas of town on certain days to reduce our transit times between homes. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule, but at times it is impractical.

 

Q: Do you arrive at exactly the same day and hour each time you clean?

We always arrive on your scheduled day each week.

Ans: We always try to arrive at roughly the same time, and once your home is part of our schedule, you can expect us around the same time for each cleaning. That said, we do clean homes on a one-time basis, and it is hard to predict exactly what time we will arrive. In addition, people do cancel or reschedule, and we simply cannot have our teams waiting around between cleanings, so they move right to the next home on the day’s cleaning list. The only way to truly ensure we arrive at the same time each day is if we clean your house first on the list, which means we would arrive around 8:15 in the morning.

 

Q: Do you reward referrals?

Ans: Absolutely. If you feel good about our service, and recommend us to someone else who becomes a regular customer, we will give you a free house cleaning.

 

Q: Can we feel safe with you?

Ans: We are bonded and insured.
When doing any cleaning that requires the movement of objects, there is a chance that something can be broken. If this happens, we try to notify the homeowner immediately, and if possible, will pay to replace the damaged item.

 

Q: Will you send the same cleaners each time?

Ans: Trust is paramount in this business, and we do our best to adequately reward our employees so that they stay with us long-term. We have set schedules for our teams, and the same team should clean your home each time. Although we do try to minimize turnover, it does happen.

 

Q: What hours/days do you clean?

Ans:Generally speaking, we clean from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. We do not generally work nights or weekends, though exceptions can be made with prior approval.
