In a word, yes.  

Initially, we went and quoted every house in-person.  In reality, our estimates were usually not that much more accurate than if we had used a questionnaire, as it is always difficult to determine the condition of the house in between cleanings.  Some people like to clean every day between visits, while others won't clean a thing until we come back.  Both are perfectly fine, although the latter case will be more expensive per cleaning.

We now use a time-based system in which the cleaning time determines the cost.  Once we have cleaned twice we can give you a firm-quote going forward.
