WINDOW CLEANING

We clean all interior and exterior panes, screens, sills, and tracks. We will remove inaccessible panes from windows and storm doors, scrub screens, dust and vacuum within the window sills, and of course, leave your windows shiny and clear.

We have two features that set us apart from other local window cleaners

Firstly, we specialize in cleaning residential homes:

Commercial window cleaning, which usually consists of cleaning the inside and outside of large picture windows, requires a simple scrub and rinse of the interior and exterior surfaces. For many older residential homes, however, you have to remove the screens and storm windows so that you can get in between the storm windows and the original windows (where most long-term dust and spider-webs have accumulated because nobody has taken the time to get in there), which requires more time and hence is more costly. One can pay for just the inside, or just the outside, but the windows aren't really going to look much better.

Secondly, we use a water fed pole for exterior surfaces. ;

This is a long, extendable pole with a scrub brush that is connected to a deionized (DI) water tank. We scrub and rinse with one tool. This technique is far safer and can reach higher windows than by using a ladder. With DI water, all particulates have been removed and the water does not leave mineral residue on the glass, so it dries bright and shiny. Additionally, since we don't have to haul a ladder all over the place, climb and descend, etc... we take less time and hence the price is less.
