What happens if I forget you are coming or forget to cancel?

We request notice of cancellation at least 24 hrs in advance of your cleaning appointment.
If we do not receive notice and arrive at your home on the appointed day and are unable to clean, we will charge a $40 missed appointment fee to cover our labor and transportation costs.
