happens if I need to skip a cleaning?

We understand that vacations and illnesses do occur, and if not excessive it is not a problem to skip a cleaning or two.  We do ask that we be notified at least 24 hrs in advance, and preferably a week in advance, so your slot can be filled with another home.  

If we do not receive notice and arrive at your home on the appointed day and are unable to clean, we will charge a $35 missed appointment fee to cover our labor and transportation costs.

Also, as we quote for a specific cleaning frequency, example every 2 weeks, and we skip a cleaning, then the subsequent cleaning will be billed based on the additional time it takes to clean, since 4 weeks will have passed since the last cleaning.
